Imagine this beautiful lady, dressed up like this and left her house. Can she be in her right senses?

 To stop this menace that is becoming unbecoming of most ladies i suggest that fashion police be assigned to every quarter of the country so as to arrest these ladies maybe by the time they spend sometime in the prison, they would then learn to dress well
