Bill Cosby Sued For Lying By Sexual Assault Accuser

 

Just last week, his hollywood walk of fame star was defaced by some angry women who accused him of sexually assaulting them… Funny enough, these women, inspite of their woes didn’t sue the African-American Icon… Well, this is because of something called ‘Statute Of Limitation’. This is what prevents them from doing so.

Moreover, inspite of this protection the comedian has, it’s reported that one of these women accusers, a retired attorney, Tamara Green, has sued Him…but for lying.


Tamara said that while she was on a lunch date with the comedian in the early 70s, he allegedly drugged her and groped her back in her apartment. Through his publicist, the comedian has denied this allegation and this is what has made Tamara sue him … a lie.

From the defamation lawsuit filed against Bill in Massachusetts, the retired attorney said that the denials that Bill’s publicist have made has thus, made her a liar and because of that, she’s professionally been ridiculed … which amounts to defamation.It’s said that TRUTH is a defense to defamation, therefore, the comedian can actually defend himself by stating that, his denial is TRUTH … but this definitely might bring to whether the assault really happened or not … which apparently is what Tamera wants.ill
