Justin Bieber was skating on the streets of NYC, causing the fans and tourists to gather outside Madison Square Garden.

The singer was accompanied by his rumored girlfriend, Hailey Baldwin. Justin had a hard time showing his skills on the stairs, so he he ended up on the floor after failing to finish a difficult move.
