After living with Kris Jenner for close to two years, Kim and Kanye are getting set to move into their own home. E! News confirms that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have purchased the home adjacent to their massive $20 million estate in Los Angeles’ ultra-luxurious area of Hidden Hills for a reported $2.9 million.

 A source at real estate site Trulia tells E! News the ranch-style spread, which sits on 1.49 acres, is “a total tear-down,” which suggests that this power couple is planning to expand their already-vast property.
