In a picture that shows a dead woman, uploaded to Facebook by her husband, also seen as the killer according to reports form the local news.
1-year-old South Miami resident Derek Medina went to police on Thursday to tell them he had a domestic dispute with his wife and then shot her.
Medina appears to have uploaded a photograph of his dead wife to his Facebook account. The graphic photo shows a woman bent over backwards with her knees bent, her face and arm covered in blood.
Before it had been deleted from the social media website, the picture was shared 173 times.
The man's friends don't seem to know how to react:
