Minister Of Education Releases WAEC Result Of Missing Chibok Girls

Minister of Education, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau has announced that the results of the Chibok schoolgirls that sat for the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is ready.
The minister stated this while briefing the House of Representatives Committee on Education on Monday in Abuja.

It could be recalled that some girls were abducted from Chibok community in Borno State on April 14, while preparing for their exam.
Though some ‘smart’ girls had since escaped from the Boko Haram den, DailyPost reports that over 140 female students are still held hostage in the insurgents’ camp believed to be a forest located in Sambisa, Borno State.
